All of our products are high quality made in person by hand, or been driven by excellent German technology and inspection.
We inspect products carefully before we ship them your way. We use quality packing to ensure that items are delivered without any damage.
You should receive your items within less than two weeks from your order. We utilise best-in-class courier companies. Should you suspect that your package was damaged in-transit, then please contact your courier with your Airway Bill number.
Your purchase is not exchangeable and none-returnable: please ensure that you pick the correct size using our Size Chart.
We are committed to serve you better: should you find any major issue, then please let us know and we shall strive to improve your experience. You may ship back the package to our address (at your own cost) and we shall refund you your money back, if your return was approved. Your amount will be refunded in full minus any processing fees and unrecoverable Tax. We shall confirm your refund amount before you actually ship the package.
Should you decided to return the items; then please send them with a registered mail to our physical store at 2-32 Park Rd, Elmsdale, Nova Scotia, B2S 2L2, Canada. Please email us a copy of the Airway Bill and/or tracking number.
